Please tell me it's just me and not the whole system.

The change reason is there when I display the change log.
Each entry has a line in bold "Reason This Information Is Correct"
and then the text.
Maybe a screen shot would help.0 -

I know why FS set things up the way they did. They wanted it so that when someone goes in to make a change, that they would see why the values were previously set the way they are. That's a GREAT idea! But to accomplish it, they hijacked the text block that describes why a single unique change had been made. That will only give you what the reasons for the previous change was--only a small part of the picture. And if someone went to the trouble to fully document why all the "Reasons This Information Is Correct" for the vital, that will all just disappear on the next change.
There are a couple of ways that I feel this could be improved substantially and I'm hoping that FS is considering them. But the main idea would be to separate the text for the reason a specific change was made to a vital from the reasons all the contents of a vital are correct. They are not the same thing.0
