Kevin Augustus Long said: It is much more natural to be able to click the column headings to sort or filter any list.
Having to open the filters tab, then scanning for the correct item to sort or filter by is very cumbersome.
I realize that there are more sort field than the 4 standard column heading, but the filter tab takes up way too much space on the screen when open. At some zoom levels, and on small screens, the data areas are compressed so that the data needed is not fully visible.
Alternately, once the filter tab is closed, the filters or sorts that have been applied are no longer visible.
The filters and sorts should be embedded in the column heading area to streamline, and to clarify, the display.
Thanks for all the great improvements. Cheers.

Linda Barney said: Yes, please bring back the sort options on the column headings. The current Filter tab does not allow us to sort by Sealing. Sorting by Sealing sorts the items by parent and family groups. This is my most used sort feature because I track and do ordinances by family group. With the change there is no way to group families together. I totally agree with Kevin that sorting on the heading also allows sorts to be done more quickly and intuitively.0
