Tom Huber said: The ability to reserve individual ordinances is very new. Prior to the end of last week, I could not reserve an individual ordinance.

Please check to see if that is still a problem (that you cannot reserve just one ordinance, but have to reserve all of the individual ordinances for the person.

It appears to me that the problem comes because you have to reserve the ordinances as a block,, and if someone else done that and shared it with the temple before the parents are found, a different person only gets the choice of doing the work within a three month time period, and can not send it to the temple.

If I find another occurrence of the problem, could I contact you directly?
