Tom Huber said: The ability to reserve individual ordinances is very new. Prior to the end of last week, I could not reserve an individual ordinance.
Please check to see if that is still a problem (that you cannot reserve just one ordinance, but have to reserve all of the individual ordinances for the person.0 -

It appears to me that the problem comes because you have to reserve the ordinances as a block,, and if someone else done that and shared it with the temple before the parents are found, a different person only gets the choice of doing the work within a three month time period, and can not send it to the temple.
