The parents were not known when the other work was reserved. The only thing I can do is write the other person and ask them to unreserve the ordinances and reserve them again including the sealing to parents. Otherwise, I must wait until the other ordinances are complete, and I may not live that long. See LTZZ-TPG. Thank you.

Please check to see if that is still a problem (that you cannot reserve just one ordinance, but have to reserve all of the individual ordinances for the person.0
Doris Bateman said: I wrote Tiena Cowden who had reserved the ordinances and since the family search missionaries told me there was no way to do it; I wrote her and she unreserved it and then reserved it again and it picked up the sealing to parents. I seldom hear back from the people I try o contact!
It appears to me that the problem comes because you have to reserve the ordinances as a block,, and if someone else done that and shared it with the temple before the parents are found, a different person only gets the choice of doing the work within a three month time period, and can not send it to the temple.
If I find another occurrence of the problem, could I contact you directly?0
