Cannot delete tag on document n Memories, it adds same person again

Dee said: I uploaded a document on Robert E Flottman ( L24S-48Y) and placed a tag on it, then proceeded to attach same document to another person from their memories page: Norma Sheeks (GSZV-H5S), but her name didn't appear so I could tag the document, I had to click on the document and type her name, there were two choices that appeared, I selected the wrong one and now it won't delete that person but keeps adding same person under people the doc is attached to so you can add/edit/delete a tag. I tried another person: Olive Mae Hart (948T-8D5) and the same thing happens.
