Those of us who used the FamilySearch Facebook Messenger option were sent this message on the 9th of January:
"Hello, Facebook will no longer allow FamilySearch to use Facebook Messenger to send subscription-based notifications. FamilySearch will end support for Facebook Messenger on 15 January 2020. You will receive future Calendar Notifications as FamilySearch Notifications on FamilySearch.org."
Another business I used this feature with notified me of this change December 20th.0 -

'Thank You' so much for that information.
Not having the "Facebook" 'Messenger' option checked/ticked to receive 'Messages' from "FamilySearch", in 'Messenger' of "Facebook", is why I did not received such a 'Message'; and, hence, why I was NOT aware of the matter.
Again, 'Thank You'.
"FamilySearch" have "Removed" that pretty quick from "Settings"!
Perhaps, "FamilySearch" needs to 'up-date' the aforementioned "Knowledge Article" by removing the references to "Facebook Messenger" in that article - all in good time, I suppose.
Just a thought
