Export familly tree via .csv or .xls

For example:
Last Name - First Name(s) - Sex - Birth Date - Birth Place - Baptism Date - etc.....
Otherwise, is there any other means I can download database files of my family lines?

As mentioned in the other responses, it is possible to download either ancestors of (some person) or descendants of (some person) or both. You pick how many generations. The other programs may also have similar advanced search capabilities.
