Roseann Hnath said: I noticed that some of the projects have way too many pages for entries per image to be entered when there is only enough data to enter 1 page but the project indicates 1 of 6 entries per image, we have to go in and enter the data for the first entry but have to go in the subsequent entries 2-6 as blank because there is no more data to enter, this is so time consuming and annoying.

EXAMPLE: US, New Jersey Naturalization records 1761-1931 has entries 1-6 per image. Please change to only 1 entry per image, as we can always create an additional entry when there is more data on the page to enter.

Also U.S. Mississippi marriages Part B has 20 entries per image when only 1 per image is needed.

These batches are annoying and time consuming to enter because of this.

Thank you.

Juli said: You should delete the extra entries, not fill them in with blanks.

You use the trashcan icon/button in the top bar to do this:

It gives the options of deleting the current entry or all blank entries:

So on a naturalization record that's set up for six entries but the image only has one, you'd enter that one in the first entry, go to the next entry, click the trashcan, and choose "delete all blank entries".
