Jeff Wiseman said: Not sure if I'm seeing the same records as you, but I see Sarah's name showing up in the marriage records for CHILDREN of hers that were getting married in Montgomery, Alabama. One was for her son Carl David Hudson and one for her son William Mack Hudson. These marriages took place in Montgomery County per the records.
Sarah's marriage to Homer appears to have been in Bradley County per the Arkansas, County Marriages 1837-1957 source that is attached to her person record.0 -

Jeff Wiseman said: The sources that I saw would only allow you to see the original images if you went in to a Family History Center which is about 20 miles form here, So I wasn't able to actually verify those items.
You currently cannot "fix" the indexed data for the image, but what you CAN do is to go to the Source and edit it. Then add text to the Notes area describing that the marriage location was indexed incorrectly from the image (assuming that it really was) and include the "correct" index data in the note. Then when you attach the source to a person's profile, manually enter the correct information into the vitals area for those people.
Note that this information would be for Sarah Pauline Thurman's CHILDREN and not her. Since none of her children are yet record under her record, there is no place to actually put the corrected vitals for them yet.
I know that FS has been working on methods to allow folks to correct mis-indexed data, but so far it is only available for a few names and no dates or locations.

Thanks again for the information.

Jeff Wiseman said: That'll do it. And when any of those children pass away and are marked deceased, you will then be able to link those sources to them and the sources will already have the corrections noted on them.
In fact, you could put those children records into your private space for Living individuals and then attach those sources to them right now if you want.0
