There is a DGS number, so the film has already been digitized. Access is restricted (probably due to privacy laws, since it contains baptisms up to 1943), however, so there's no camera icon.
I haven't a clue what you can do in such a case. Perhaps you can contact Support and ask whether there is any possibility of the film getting divided up, so that the non-privacy-protected parts can be made available online.0

I do recall hearing somewhere that FS was working on splitting films of this type. It might take several years, but will be worth the wait- there are so many films like this where either the later years of the film are privacy protected, or there are multiple records on the same film and some of the record custodians have denied consent for their records to be digitized and placed online, thus making the entire film inaccessible.
There was nothing said about this in the recent article about FS's plans for 2020 (https://www.familysearch.org/blog/en/...).
It's worth pointing out that even if the film could be split, the record custodian might still object to the older parts of the film being placed online.0

See under Kreis Neustadt (Westpreussen): https://www.archion.de/de/browse/?pat...
Archion seems to run into the same problem as FamilySearch; the 1854-1943 baptisms cannot be placed online due to privacy reasons.0
