Beth Ann Wiseman said: Unfortunately, no. I hate it when I do that — and I have done it and I know the checkbox is there!!!0

JT said: There are many scenarios during an upload where there is no checkbox to check for that option. It should just default to be checked. Too many people don't bother to enter a title.0

JT said: But for many people, seeing a blank field doesn't lead them to believe there is anything missing. Because they may not even be realizing there should be ANY title in there.
But if they see a field filled in with some random filename (in some cases) would make them realize maybe they better replace it with something better.
And many people DO already have a meaningful title for their filename in the first place.
Unfortunately, only the memory submitter is allowed to update any & all fields, except for tags & comments.0
