Gary Duane Hanby said: Do not like the new color codes. Makes it very difficult to know the exact status, which you could tell at a glance with the previous color codes. The Blue in progress colors doesn't let me know if they have been shared or printed. With the old red you knew you could possibly contact a person and have them unshare and unreserve and allow you to reserve them. Also if there were no parents or spouse identified you knew because the square was white. Making it yellow by the old system implies there is a parent or spouse, just not enough information to do the ordinance. Causes extra work to have to open the record to see if there really is a parent or spouse identified.

It means that "someone else has it, you can't have it".
Why they have it shouldn't matter but if you need to know it will be on the ordinances page.

None of that is necessary anymore. When you see a Green Icon, it means that you can grab it, print, and go to the temple, EVENT IF IT HAS BEEN SHARED TO THE TEMPLE. If it is setting in the temple queue, it will be green so that you can reserve (for 90 days), print, and take it to the temple.
Also if there were no parents or spouse identified you knew because the square was white. Making it yellow by the old system implies there is a parent or spouse, just not enough information to do the ordinance
This one IS a problem, I Hope that FS takes a look at it.
