Sealing to Spouse not available.
Sealing to Spouse Cannot Request - Not Available
I have found numerous pages with ordinance work that have the same wording, including close family members whose work I know is on hold, because we have been unable to find a spouse for the individual. But, in the past when patrons saw this wording, it was because they had a hold on the account due to disfellowship, excommunication or for other reasons. If you use the same wording ... Cannot Request- Not Available the patron is confused.
I believe what you are trying to say is that the needed information is not listed to complete the ordinance work (ie. you need to find a date, place or spouse ) but instead it comes across as you are not able to request this work with or without the needed information. Could you list it as information incomplete or Spouse needed. Anything but, cannot request - not available.

Tom Huber said: I just did a quick check and I can still reserve the ordinance(s) for a person with which I have no relationship. This needs to be added by FamilySearch. It is my understanding that Ordinances Ready will ignore any names of persons to which I have no relationship. This needs to be extended to reserving (or pulling temple shared) name(s). (I am opening a new discussion thread to raise this issue.0

Tom Huber said: Yeah, it was explained that one of the options for reserving ordinances is for those who have the same name in areas where my ancestors lived, but I have not been able to establish a relationship. Currently, the system allows this without any restrictions (other than those applied in general to any reservation).0
