Tracking Sharing Temple Names with Family and Friends

When I share a name with Family or Friends - the record completely leaves my system and I am unable to see when the temple work is completed. So far I have kept a written list of what I share with family and friends so I can check and see when the work is completed or if it is just sitting there. I WISH that I could see in my Temple Reservation List when work is completed that I share with Family and Friends. It would be nice to see a history of my sharing with Family and Friends so I could see who the name was sent to and when the work was completed. After all my careful research I like to know that the temple work gets done.
One person I know who does a lot of research just turns everything in to the temple and then uses the Ordinance Ready System for those who want family names. Is this a currently the best solution?

I have personally thought from the beginning that is should be "transfer to others". Once I believe I heard that there were enhancements coming that would make it more like sharing but we have not seen anything yet.
The coming feature that will allow users to directly "take or reserve" for 90 days ordinances shared with the temple would seem to point to sharing with the temple and then another user could just grab the name as long as the temple has not printed. I do not know if you would still get notified when ordinances are completed when someone else grabs a shared name.0 -
