That is a very good question ... especially, if that is a "Roman Catholic" Church.

Just a 'Heads Up' ...

Everything depends on the Record "Custodian"; as, to whether or not, 'FamilySearch' (ie. the Church) will even be authorised/allowed to get a "Copy" of the Records.

'FamilySearch' (ie. the Church), can; and, will, most certainly, "Request" the Record "Custodian" permission to "Copy" the Records; but, whether or not, that permission is forthcoming, is another matter.

Just because EARLIER 'Time' periods are ALREADY available in 'FamilySearch" DOES NOT guarantee that LATER 'Time' periods will be given permission, to "Copy"; or, if already 'Held', made available on 'FamilySearch'.

I know that this does not help; but, I hope that this gives you some perspective.

Are there earlier records from this Church available on FS? I wasn't able to find any in the catalog.
As Brett said, FS needs permission from the record owner to publish records. Catholic parishes and dioceses are often very reluctant, or refuse, to let FS publish their records. However according to the Canadian Government, FS has many Catholic records from Ontario (https://www.bac-lac.gc.ca/eng/discover/vital-statistics-births-marriages-deaths/Pages/parish-registers.aspx) That suggests that either FS missed this particular parish or the parish refused.
It's possible that a privacy restriction of 110 years applies to these records.
If FS recently (e.g. in the last one or two decades) published records from this parish, they might wait until there are enough new records they can publish, to make sending Volunteer Camera Operators there worth it. You can't expect FS to go every year to every small church in the world to digitise another year's records.
The records could be on another website- try contacting local genealogical societies or government archives. As last resort, contact the parish itself, but if you are a Latter Day Saint then do not voluntarily reveal that fact.

Ontario has Drouin (Roman Catholic) Collection, 1802 to around 1967. I got many Canadian relatives covered in English, French, and Italian languages. Also cover Quebec, Canada. Tim Kelley
