Anthony, what town does this ancestor come from? In the Netherlands the record do not become public to 110 years after the birth of the person, 75 years after marriage and 50 or 55 years after the death of a person.
There is a website wiewaswie.nl where you can find a lot of information. It shows the extraction of the record and often a scan of the original record. I have not been able to find any information on her though. Be sure you also look for Jansen. The Dutch records are very thorough so you may be able to contact the Provincial archive of the Province she came from. If she came from Gelderland, be aware that during the Battle of Arnhem, in September 1944, the city was bombed and some records may have been lost. If that is the case, you can still contact the National Archive in The Hague where they may have a copy of the original record.
Was this ancestor married in the Netherlands? if so, when she applied for a marriage license she had to bring a copy of her birth certificate.
Good luck!

Btw , jannetja is a populair alias for Johanna, but written as Jannetje-altough you will not find her under the alias. It would and could help if you also have the name and birthplace of your father to expand the search.
