I've tried to upload several images of documents to my account and each time it says they've already been uploaded. I've tried renaming the files and still get the same message. Any help?

Have you checked your "Gallery"?

as Brett points out - all your uploads should be in your Galllery. Only one version of a file is allowed for any one exact copy of a file. Even renaming a file will not get around this limit. in the Gallery you should be able to search by "file name" though to easily find the file.
