In this project some have been writing Declaration of Title in the corporation spot, others blank it out.

No, it isn't an Organization or Corporation. That is just a description of the transaction (like saying Will, or Lease) and terms like those should not be indexed. Just index the Grantor and Grantee (persons or actual Organizations or Corporations).

    Hello @Debklind Debklind

This sounds like an indexing question. There is a great Community Group for indexing.

I'm going to send you question there:

Thanks, that is what I was thinking. But after so many loads with indexers putting it in, I thought I should ask.

You’re welcome. Better to ask when not sure. Generally there will be folks on this Indexing Chat Group who have a lot of experience with any particular project or project type, have gotten the main issues/ trouble spots sorted out and are happy to respond and share their experience.
