California Court Records From 1910s
Hello - I am looking for juvenile court records from 1913-1914, divorce court records from 1915-1917, and criminal court records from 1917. Does the Family History Library have any of these records and if not where should I look?
Thank you!

A good way to find out what records are on FamilySearch, go to the question mark in a circle at the top right of the FamilySearch site. This will take you to the Help Center. In the box at the top, type in "How do I search" and you will find articles that will help you negotiate the search feature and discover if any of those records are on FamilySearch. As Legacy User mentioned, the Wiki is always a quick and easy way to find available records.

I am "Tagging" this (General) 'Question' of yours in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, to two (x2) specific 'Groups' in the Forum being:

(2) "Western United States Research" ... [ includes: California],
in the hope that, the members of those groups may be able to answer/assist you.

Both those Groups are "Public", which you can join, if you wish.

@Kanng Kanng you may have a hard time finding “juvenile court records”. However FamilySearch has some court records that may include divorce/criminal. If you could elaborate on what it is that you’re looking for, the volunteers here may be more willing/able to help. Some juvenile records are found in other locations sometimes. If you’re looking for guardianship/adoption I would tag this to the adoption and unknown group. Most juvenile records are kept confidential so you may have to explore other options depending on what you’re trying to find. I hope this was helpful 😊 and good luck!

Have you checked the FamilySearch Wiki? I have found it is a good place to check when looking for records to see if they exist and where to find them. You can look for California in general or narrow down to the county you want.

Thank you everyone for your help and quick replies. Also, thank you for your patience while I get used to how this works.
I am looking for the following information about my grandparents. I should let you know that they were not the best citizens:
Divorce filed but the decree was denied in July 1915 in Los Angeles between Margaret Ella Bradford and Charles Avery Bradford.
Divorce filed in October 1916 in Los Angeles between Margaret Ella (Royster) Bradford and Charles Avery Bradford. The court case began in November 1916, and the divorce was finalized on November 24, 1917.
The arrest of Charles Avery Bradford in Los Angeles for disorderly conduct and battery April 1915.
The arrest of Margaret Ella Royster Los Angeles, end of July - Early August 1913, and Juvenile court case.
Juvenile Court case of Margaret Ella Royster, July 1914, Judge Grant Jackson presiding. As a ward of the court, she was seeking permission to marry.
Los Angeles arrest and court case March/April 1917, Margaret Bradford, could be Margaret Avery Bradford, Margaret Ella Bradford, or Margaret Ella Royster. The court case would've involved the prosecution of C.N.Lee Long.
Thank you very much for any assistance.
Merry Christmas
