    .

    FYI

    .

    Just my thoughts ...

    .

Apart from including the "Cause of Death" WITH the "Reason Statement" of the "Death" (field) in the "Vitals" Section.

    .

Another place that you can also add "Cause of Death" is; as, a "Custom Fact", under "Facts", in the "Other Information" Section - which is also what I tend to to.

    .

Of course, you also have the option to add a "Cause of Death" to the following, if one so desires:

    ▬ Life Sketch; and/or.

    ▬ Collaboration (BOTH)

    ▬ ▬ Notes

    ▬ ▬ Discussions

    ....... [ "Discussions" cannot be "Deleted"/"Removed" by another User/Patron ]

But, in those, as well, it may be considered, 'overkill'; and, unnecessary.

    .

Usually, with the "Reason Statement" of the "Death" (field) of the "Vitals" Section; and, if one so desires, as a "Custom Fact", under "Facts", in the "Other Information" Section, is sufficient.

    .

    Again, just my thoughts ...

    .

    I hope this helps.
