Correcting parents on a Read Only Profile https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/K19C-V6Z
Based on all of the sources, and everything on the internet, Julia Dent Grant and her siblings are attached to the wrong set of parents. The profile is set as read only, what do I do?

Click on the "?" And create a case providing your Julia Dent Grant's FS ID number and the source information. They can forward the information to the department that can make the changes in read only.
Don't be put off if your first response doesn't help you. Some times in cases like this I had to be persistent to get the information forwarded to the right area.
Here is a helpful document about this.

Where is the "?" you are talking about?

The new help center icon is a "?"
The helps change, depending on the page you are on. Creating a case has move to the bottom Contact Us, and then scroll down to create a case.

FYI
.
"Julia Dent GRANT" ( K19C-V6Z ) is NOT a "Ready Only" individual/person.
.
But, as her CURRENTLY associated Father, "Frederick Dent GRANT" ( L693-D6M ) IS a "Ready Only" individual/person; as, he is a Child of a Famous (American) individual/person.
.
Therefore, the "Parent-Child" Relationship, between, her; and, her CURRENTLY associated Father, IS (therefore) a "Ready Only" Relationship (all-be-it, a "Parent-Child" Relationship).
.
Hence, your predicament.
.
As has already been proffered and discussed, the submission of a "Support" Case is the ONLY way to go.

What are read-only records in Family Tree?

.
Where is states:

------------------
Read-only records show a gold banner and allow no additions or changes. In addition, for read-only records, the Discussions and Latest Changes features are unavailable. These records often have a notification that the record is confidential.
.
FamilySearch is a unique genealogical experience. It has a single tree of individuals linked together in families. We rely on a large amount of collaboration to form a single tree instead of individual private trees. Our focus is to connect the entire human family. When we mark records as "read only," it prevents collaboration. Consequently, we do not accept patron requests to mark a record as read only.
