    I imagine Colleen is referring to records of the Royal Irish Constabulary but, as Brett says, she needs to clarify this and exactly what her query is with regard to them.

     

    Incidentally, from a Google search, it appears, regarding 1816-1922 records;

     

    "The Royal Irish Constabulary service records are held at The National Archives in Kew as part of their HO 184 series, Irish Constabulary records. The collection contains a variety of records related to the administration of the Royal Irish Constabulary."
