Is there a way to search my tree and pull a list of individuals who died in a certain year?
My family was wondering about the impact the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918-1920 had on our family. Our immediate ancestors all survived the pandemic, but we were wondering about their neices / nephews / other children. Without looking at each individual family member, is there a way to pull a report or list of tree members who all died in a certain date range?

Short Answer: NOT, that I am aware of directly through 'FamilySearch'.
.
But ...
That said ...
.
You most likely could do such through one or more of the "Third Party" Applications (being one of the "Family Tree Management" programmes) that is "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
The "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' can be found in the "Solutions Gallery" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
Here is a direct link to the "Solutions Gallery" of 'FamilySearch':
https://partners.familysearch.org/solutionsgallery/s/
.
And, here is the direct link to the "Family Tree Management programmes" themselves:
https://partners.familysearch.org/solutionsgallery/s/list?category=family_tree_management
.
"Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' include, BOTH, 'On-Line' "Websites" (eg. "Ancestry_com"; or "MyHeritage_com"; or, the like); and/or, 'standalone' personal (computer) programmes ("Ancestral Quest"; or, the like).
.
Some of the "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' have, BOTH, a Basic FREE version; and/or, a Premium PIAD (ie. "Subscription") version, the latter just having more 'Bells and Whistles'. The Basic FREE version is sufficient for most, the average, User/Patron. Whereas, the Premium PAID (ie. "Subscription") version is the choice of most experienced and 'power' Users/Patrons.
.
You can use ONE or MORE than one, of the the "Third Party" Applications, the choice is yours.
.
Most of the "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' that are "Family Tree Management programmes, have INTERFACES that work/connect (directly) with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' that can, "Download"; and, "Upload" (ie. "Transfer) between the "Third Party" Application and "Family Tree".
.
I hope this helps.

As Brett pointed out, FS gives you no such capability. But a number of the free certified applications do allow this in a relatively simple fashion.
For example, I use Ancestral Quest. I track all of the family names I've worked on in the FSFT in my AQ database. All I need to do is is sort the name list by Death Date. Here's an example:
Furthermore, you can do this on ANY portion of the FSFT even if they are not your relatives. Using AQ, I just open a new Database, download whatever portion of the FSFT I want, and then sort on the Name List in that database.
Also note that you have a lot of flexibility in selecting exactly what portions of the FSFT that you want to import to your AQ database:
Also Note that you can import multiple times with different options in order to build a custom collection of names in your local AQ database (also note that the "additional options" will change depending on your selections, so there are more capabilities than just those shown in the attached image)

Yes Brett and Jeff gave good advice. the point is FamilySeach Family Tree -is not just YOUR Tree - its a collaborative tree - and when we do searches on it - we are searching the entire database - and not just "my or your" tree.,
