Someone entered the incorrect birthdate for my grandfather. The death certificate states unknown bi
On his death certificate my grandfather's birth date entry states "No record, about 1844." Then for his age "100" was entered. However, I know based on my father's, Bonifacio Hernandez Jr and my mother's Roberta Hernandez testimony my grandfather was born in 1835 and was actually 108 when he passed away. This birthdate was determined based on my grandfather's testimony that his parents told him he was born during Halley's comet's 1835 August 16 to November visible duration. My parents were my grandfather's care takers and it was common knowledge to all members of my extended family that he was 108 years old at the time of his death.

FYI
.
Easy ...
.
"Vitals" Section
"Birth"
Select the "Edit" in 'Blue' on the 'left', just after "Sources'.
That will bring up a "Pop-Up" (aka "Modal) 'Window', "Edit Birth".
Where you can change (ie. 'Edit') a 'Date' and 'Place', of "Birth".
.
Pictorially:
[ And, this is just the "Death" Record .. SAME, same ... ]

That is great information! Since it is not possible to tag NOTES to vitals, I would probably create a custom source and directly enter all of that information into the Description. Then attach it to your grandfather's record and tag it to the Birth vital.
Then to make sure it didn't disappear later when someone accidentally detaches it, I would also create a collaborative NOTE titled "Birth" for him and add the exact same text into it as well.
