- Make sure that you use a supported Internet browser.
- Delete just the cookies that FamilySearch uses. Follow these instructions:
- Go to https://FamilySearch.org/cookies.
- When the message Reset your cookies? appears, click Yes.
- If the problems still occur, clear all of your temporary files and cookies, and then restart your computer. Please search the web for instructions for your specific browser.
- If you still have problems, delete your autocomplete history. Again, please search the web for instructions for your specific browser.
- (Optional) Reset your cookie preferences, if you do not like the default choice

Firstly ...

It could be that the "System" is just running slow; because, of many Users/Patrons; or, a problem/issue.
.
Have you tried a number of times, spaced apart?

Secondly ...

IF, you have attached; and/or, accessed, this Film before; but, cannot now; THEN, it could be that the 'Contracural Agreement/Arrangement' between, the Record "Custodian"; and, 'FamilySearch', has "Changed" (eg. Renewed; and/or, Amended); and, the record is now, NOT available to access/view 'On-Line'; or, "Restricted" in 'FamilySearch' - for whatever reaon; and, there are many.
.
That said ...

So, that we, may look; and, help you ...

WHAT is the "Film" number?
Or, WHAT is the "D.G.S" number?
.
Let us know.
