Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness (RAOGK), for example, is a global volunteer organization where you can make requests for help with research tasks. https://raogk.org/

IF, the FHL Film is "Restricted"; THEN, I do not think that you will get an a actual COPY of "Image", on-line, from/through 'FamilySearch', other than at the, "Family History Library" (FHL) of the Church; and/or, a "Family History Centre" of the Church (or, "Affiliate" Library) around the World ...

    .

    But ...

    That said ...

    .

As the "Family History Library" (FHL) of the Church, in "Temple Square" in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA is still currently TEMPORALITY "Closed" (to the Public) due to the "COVID-19" Pandemic ...

    .

    And ...

    .

IF, the "Family History Centres" of the Church (or, "Affiliate" Libraries) nearest you are still TEMPORARILY "Closed" due to the "COVID-19" Pandemic ...

    .

Or, you just cannot get to a "Family History Centre" of the Church (or, "Affiliate" Library) ...

    .

[ As some of the "Family History Centres" of the Church (or, "Affiliate" Libraries) around the World have "Reopened" ... ]

    .

THEN, can I humbly suggest that you consider trying the following ...

    .

You could try one of the FREE 'On-Line' Consultations through the "Family History Library" (FHL) of the Church in, "Temple Square", Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.

    .

Here is some links were you can access/book one of those Consultations ...

    .

    FHL _ 2 _ OnLine _ 2.

I have seen/heard some good positive 'Feedback' from those who have used the service.

    .

    But ...

    That said ...

    .

Please be aware that you CANNOT be provided with a actual "Image" of that Record; but, you may be able to get (or, confirm) the information/details/data that you desire.

    .

'FamilySearch' may also be able to suggest where you can get a copy of the WILL, other than through 'FamilySearch'; but, also at some expense, directly from the Record "Custodian"; or, through an external "Commercial" Website.

    .

    Good Luck.

ps: And, here is a 'FamilySearch' "Blog" Article on the FREE 'On-Line' Consultations through the FHC ...

If you look at the Catalog, you will see a column labelled "DGS". If there is a number there, it means that the film has been digitized.

If the film you want has a microfilm symbol and no DGS number. It means FS has not digitized the film. Either FS has not yet digitized the film, or they are not permitted to. The three main reasons they could not digitize a film are records being too recent and covered by privacy laws, the record custodian has not given permission, or there are other records on the same film (look for film numbers followed by "Item") that FS cannot digitize.

If there is no DGS number, and no obvious reason why FS cannot digitise the film, you can send a message to FS Support asking that the film be digitised. If FS is able to, typically the film will be digitized within a few weeks. You won't receive a follow-up message or email when it is ready.

If the IS a DGS number, and yet there is still a microfilm symbol, it means that the film has been digitized, but cannot be published, probably because they just digitized all the films on the same shelf, or they anticipate they'll be able to publish the film in the near future.
