While connecting my grandmother from Ancestry.com, I caught a glimpse of a message in pink at the bottom, it said "legal action to be taken". I hurried and pressed the back arrow, but the message was gone. Never saw it again. Did I do something wrong?

I cant imagine what you may have seen - other than some spam or phishing message.

    I wouldnt worry about it.

I dont think we should be worried about going to jail because of some connection we made in some genealogy database . . .

dont lose any sleep over it!

I have actually been waiting for something to come in the mail :) I really wish I would have seen the entire message before I exited the page. Thanks for putting my mind at ease :)
