    you will note an "edit" option on things like birth and death info

     

    to correct relationships it is a bit less obvious.

    Thank you for your time in answering. Contributors have added a full line of people with branches to my tree that is completely wrong. They have put my 4th great grandfather as my 3rd ggfather and skipped his daughter the mother to my 2nd ggfather. Then the line from there on is not related to me at all by dna of other descendants I have communicated with. I have emailed FamilySearch to see if they can take off everything past my 2nd ggfather. I cannot trace my 4ggfather at all but there is a similar name family in the same area that contributors have listed there with more branches.

    You will need to make the correction yourself - FS doesnt normally make corrections.
