    One way is to use the FS Records option and search for DEED or LAND as a keyword

    https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/list/

    also

    if you can isolate to a country/state/county - you can probably find answers to your question in the FS Research Wiki

    https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Main_Page

    for example here is the Research Wiki Page for Bingham County, Idaho

    https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Bingham_County,_Idaho_Genealogy

    You may also use the FS Catalog to look for books related to deed record

    here I did a search of Idaho Deed Records

    https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&query=+title:idaho +title:deed

    @EligioReyes EligioReyes

    Question: WHAT Country/Union; and, what "Locality" within that Country/Union?

    Remember:

    (1) 'FamilySearch' has many Records from All around the World; and,

    (1) 'FamilySearch' is used by many Users/Patrons from All around the World.
