I want to see film #31088 that's been digitized but isn't online. Seeking a birth record on or around 31 January 1801. Can I hire someone to help me get to that record? With the Family History Libraries closed down, I don't know how to get to gain access.

Birth record for Alexander McCauley Dyke or Dyche, son of Henry and Jane. Thanks.

    .

    FYI

    .

There can be a number of reasons WHY that Film is NOT available 'on-line'.

    .

One such reason is that the "Custodian" of the Record has not given permission for such.

    .

    FHL Film number 31088.

    Now ...

    That said ...

    .

    As an aside ...

    .

As the "Family History Library" (FHL) of the Church, in "Temple Square" in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA is still currently TEMPORALITY "Closed" ( to the Public ) due to the "COVID-19" Pandemic ...
