Where does such appear?

In "Vitals" under "Death" field; or, somewhere else - if so, where, in what 'context'?

Because, you are referring to "Birth" record ...

I sent a clip of the birth record so you could see the words under his name. I think it means he died but it doesn't say dod as they usually do. I just hoped someone could translate those words.
