I somehow added an additional (unknown) spouse to my wife's record.

Hello David. Assuming there are no other family relationships involved, have you tried clicking the pencil icon next to the relationship? At the bottom of the relationship window that appears is a "delete relationship" button.

Can I please pigtail on this question???
I accidentally put my dad as the spouse of a my grt grandmother. Not all my fault as she has/d the exact same name as my mom. as they share some of the vitals. So if just giving a glance at them side by side, you'll say they are the same person. It's once you really look at them you see the difference between the two.
So the option of "deleting him" isn't an option. How do I just remove him from my grt grandmother?

Hello Sara,
The delete function in this window is just for the relationship, not for an individual. However, you can remove or replace an individual instead. Click the pencil icon next to the marriage, but then click the "remove or replace" option next to the individual's name. You will then have the option to replace the incorrect individual, or leave it blank.
Brett provided a good pictograph yesterday, which I have reposted here (thank you, Brett):
If you simply remove the individual, you will then have a relationship with an unknown spouse. If there isn't anyone to add here, you may then wish to "delete relationship" at the end of the relationship window, discussed previously.
Hope this helps!
