It depends which GROUP - you are a member of
on any emails you are getting - if you click on the "view / comment" link - you will then be brought to the community group - and their is a link int he upper right to UNJOIN (Leave) the group.
which would have been the same link you probably used to join the group in the first place.

IF, you are referring to "E-Mail" Notifications in/through this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; THEN, you can do that through your "Settings" in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

Here is an image of the "E-mail" Notifications section, down the bottom of one's "Setting" in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, to "Check" or Un-Check" the notifications you want or do not want.

.Whereas, IF, you are referring to GENERAL "E-Mail" Notifications in/through 'FamilySearch'; THEN, you can do that through your "Settings" in 'FamilySearch', under the "Notifications" 'Tab'.
