I have a friend in my ward who wants to add her siblings into her family tree. She has three sibling
My friend isn't sure how to put in that information, because the only way she knows of that she can put in someone's parents is to add them as a spouse. Any thoughts on what she can do?

That situation is not uncommon; and, is very easy ...
.
For your friends MOTHER ...
.
Add ALL the various, Spouses (bad terminology, I know, lets not go there now); or, better still, Partners; as, SEPARATE "Couple" Relationships.
.
THEN ... one they are all added ...
.
Add each Child (ie. Sibling) individually with the respective Mother and Father, "Couple" Relationship.
.
Now ...
That said ...
.
All the Siblings will be 'linked'/'connected to the SAME Mother, they will just have separate (and, different) Fathers.
.
All the Siblings will appear under the SAME Mother; but, on their (ie. the Siblings) respective person/details page/screen they will NOT have each other listed; as, they only have their SAME Mother and respective "Biological" Father.
.
Whereas ...
.
IF, at any stage, all the Siblings were together with their SAME Mother and one (or, more) of the Mother's Spouses/Partners for any length of time, you can add a SECOND (or, more) "Parent-Child" Relationship with the SAME Mother and whichever of her Spouses/Partners applies.
.
Everything depends on the actual Family dynamics - and, those dynamic can be many and varied.
.
IF, you need any more questions/help/advice; THEN, do not hesitate to ask.
.
I hope this helps.
