Unable to Download a Historical Image
Hello,
I had just started looking at the historical records in Tuscaloosa , Alabama, and found one I wanted to save to my computer. The way that worked when I saved Monroe, Arkansas land records (Double click and choose 'Save Image') didn't work. And there is no Download button to click on. I took a screenshot of the entire page, but can't attach it here to show you the problem
How can I save the documents to my computer? (I don't have a tree to attach them to, and don't intend to make one.)
Thank you!

If, you are referring to "Image" of Records in 'FamilySearch'; then, ...
.
FYI
.
As far as I was aware, NOT all "Images" of Records in 'FamilySearch' can be "Downloaded".
.
Some can; and, some cannot ...
.
The ability to "Download" an "Image", is usually related to/governed by, the "Contractual Agreement/Arrangement", between, the Record "Custodian"; and, 'FamilySearch'.
.
And, those "Contractual Agreements/Arrangements", do; and, are, subject to change.
.
Just as, there are MANY (ie. Countless) Records throughout the World; and, as such, MAMY (ie. Countless) Record "Custodians" throughout the World, there are MANY (ie. Countless) "Contractual Agreements/Arrangements", between, the Record "Custodians"; and, 'FamilySearch' - it is a legal, 'nightmare and 'minefield'.
.
The Church tries to make as many Records and "Images" available to all; but, unfortunately, that is NOT always possible.
.
IF, there is NO ability (ie. a 'link') to "Download" an "Image"; or, if you "Hover" over a 'link' to "Download" and you get something like this 🚫 ; THEN, you cannot "Download" an "Image of that Record, from 'FamilySearch".
.
And ...
That said ...
.
There is also the issue if one has been "Downloading" a number, too many, "Images", from a particular Set of Records - as discussed in the second "Knowledge Article" below.
.
Here are some "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':
.
How do I download historical record images?

Where is states:
Quote
------------------
Contracts between the original record custodian and FamilySearch govern nearly all of the records within the collections on FamilySearch. Sometimes, our contracts do not allow you to download images.

.
I get an error message when downloading from Historical Records

Where it states:

If you see the error message below as you download records or images, please send an email as requested in the message.

.
If you see the message below, the system blocked your ability to download more records than our contract agreements permit. I know that this does not help; but, I hope that this gives you some perspective.

@Loralee Wellington_1 I screenshot this type. You can make your own source using your screenshot with the link to the real image/source. Title your source exactly what it is already named.
