copies made from a book held at Family History Library in Salt Lake

Hello I am looking for some help getting some copies from (974.882/D2 K2), The 200th anniversary souvenir booklet and the church register of the Presbyterian Church of Pigeon Creek, Somerset Township : Washington County, Pennsylvania, 1863-1924. This is the only copy of the book and I am not able to visit the library, I would really appreciate any help from anyone with this. Thank you
