Short Answer: 'NO', unfortunately NOT directly from "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

The best option is to use one of the "Third Party" Application that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' to do so.

The "Third Party" Application that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' can be found in the "Solutions Gallery" of 'FamilySearch'.

There are, both, 'On-Line' websites; and, 'standalone' (personal) computer programmes.

Many of the "Third Party" Application that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' have, both, a FREE version; and, a Subscription (ie. Paid) version, the latter just having more 'bells and Whistles'. The FREE version is generally good enough for most Users/Patrons.

depending on the definition of "family tree" that could literally be MILLIONS of people

far beyond your capacity to download.

There are various third party programs such s Roots magic that allow for downloading portions of your family tree.
