Does anyone recognize the book in the FHL where this Biographical sketch came from

My deceased sister shared the history below with me, without providing any indication of the book name or author. Does anyone else recognize this book. She gave me several other pages from this book, all Pumphrey histories and families from mostly Eastern US. Thanks so much.
