Hello, Have used Familysearch for many years, but never needed to "dig" into the Archives. The site
Currently found out that there is a Marriage and Death Record for my 2xgrt grandfather Leo/Leon Pataluch b about 1851 died 1898 Wola Wielka, Lipsko or Narol Parish. Can someone give me step by step on how to access these files. Also there are siblings but that can wait. Any help appreciated. Gail, Canada, love Family History.

Robert Kehrer created a 1 hour presentation on Youtube called "Finding Elusive Records" in FamilySearch:

I've actually watched this a couple of times to remind myself of things. He did this in January of 2018 so some of the menus have changed a little, but functionally it is all still there. I think you may like it. Here's a preamble on it:
- 70% of the free historic records on FamilySearch.org can't be found with a basic search. This video presentation explains how to navigate unindexed image sets and use advanced search features to find the records you're looking for.
- Robert Kehrer, senior product manager for FamilySearch's search and hinting technologies, walks you through this tutorial to locating hard-to-find records in your family history research

I am unsure whether you are asking how to access the records because of a vision problem you may have, or are you asking whether someone may be to find the record for you?
You may wish to use the FamilySearch catalog (www.familysearch.org/search/catalog) and insert the parish name. I did find some vital records in the catalog that have been digitized for Wola Wielka in the catalog.

Gail, Thanks for your interest. Do you have the PID (ID number for Leo/Leon Pataluch in FamilySearch? I have shared your question with our Poland Research group which may be able to help you.

Sadly videos/youtubes are not clear enough for me and I never thought to mention a hearing issue, so do appreciate your response, will try the video and just maybe will luck out. Thanks for your response. But a step by step is my best option though. Gail

Yes, was trying to access the records, hence the step by step help. Have "played" around and got other places, but not the one I am looking for. Will keep trying. Thanks for the help.

Nothing set up in family tree, still trying to access Wola Wielka though. Thanks for your response.

Well for what it's worth, that presentation is all slides and graphics so it might not be as difficult as a straight video. Good luck on that!
