Sources found at FS and or elsewhere
If I attach a source or document/photo either from FS or from elsewhere to a person in my tree as a source and or in memories ... can other users completely delete, change or remove that info?

In both cases, anyone can DETACH the information. This can have different effects depending on the type of information.
1-For Memories attached to a record in the tree, although they can be detached by anyone (including the portrait image), only the person who created them in the system can actually deleted them from the system (I am not as familiar with memories so if there are additional quirks there, someone else will need to point them out)
2-For a citation to a normal index type source, anyone can DELETE that citation (thus detaching the cited source from that record), but the index source itself remains in the system and can be hinted and reattached later (or dismissed). Note that any notes or custom descriptions that were part of the original citation will be lost (at least that is my understanding. To get it back it would have to be saved in a change history log for the source list and I'm pretty sure the FS doesn't support such a thing)
3-For a custom citation to a non-index type source, if that citation has not been stored in your source box, then the citation itself will be lost, and would have to be re-created.

#X24mom Memories can only be deleted by supplier. Sources can be deleted by anyone.

They can delete it as a source, but the only person who can delete or edit a memory is the person who put it in.

this is one reason I always add something as a Memory - even if it is also on the source list.
