How long does it normally take to receive a response?

there is no standard answer
it totally depends what is being asked.
some questions can be answered almost instantly
other questions may not have an answer.
there are many of us who try our best to answer the questions on FS (most of us are volunteers)
if you dont get an answer within a week - it is often that no one quite knows the answer to the question.
or it could just be the question fell through the cracks
if so just patiently ask the question again - or maybe ask it in a different way.
but also realize sometime questions go unanswered because no one found an answer for you.
But of course if that is the case - we should try to let you know that.
Please be patient with us - most of us are unpaid volunteers - just people exactly you - but trying to help other people by freely sharing what we know. But sometimes there are questions we just dont know the answer to.
But like I said - dont hesitate in maybe asking the same question - maybe in a slightly different way.

I’m sorry you haven’t been able to get an answer for your question
... I agree with @Dennis J Yancey mostly about some questions “falling through the cracks” or “getting lost in the shuffle” I think most of us here try our best to help everyone we can... it’s not often that I’ll see questions unanswered. Usually, if unanswered, most will just ask again.

If the second listing has children under it, you will continue to show the second one.

John, if I ask a question then you request more information from me and I provide that information how long does it take to get a response? It's been over 18 days and I have not heard anything.
