It is probably nothing you are doing wrong. What is the title of the project you can't download? Are you able to work on another project? Sometimes they pull a project if they find a problem with it then it shows up again later.

Thanks so much for you quick response!
No, it's not just one project. I'm getting the message on every project I try to open. It says, "An error has occurred than may affect your ability to use this page. Family Search has been notified." I've been getting the message for about 3 days, and haven't had a response from Family Search. Could I be blocked somehow?

Have you tried deleting the cookies and temporary files on your computer?

I have had that message on a couple of projects at the same time also. It was because the projects were pulled for awhile
If you give me the names of a few of the ones you tried, I would be happy to see if I get the same message.
I am sure you are not blocked.
Let's try you sending me the names
and then we can go from there

Thank you both for your help.
Cherie, all the projects have given me the same prompt. I did get into the Indiana Marriage Records, both Porter County and Allen County, but the others are still not open to me. I'll try J. C.'s suggestion, also.

If the problem is still there on Monday, please us know. We will get to the bottom of this, but not much we can find out until then
Mean time, enjoy those marriage records! Have a great weekend.

@BergerBlytheKay2 After deleting cookies, and clearing the cache, also try using Chrome as your internet browser. If this still does not work, please let us know and as Cherie said, we will help you.

I always use Chrome, so the problem's not there, but thanks.

It still could be Chrome, depending on the version you are using. I had a problem one time, called the FamilySearch "help line" and they had me update my Chrome browser to the latest version, which fixed the problem. So make sure you have the latest version.

I recently switched to Waterfox for all my Internet apps. Chrome started turning up so many errors and problems I couldn't keep up with it. I tried working out the problems with Google Chrome tech support but after several days of effort I gave up and made the switch.

When I had problems while using Safari, I was told by a Support Person that Firefox worked better (I don't use Chrome).
I now only use that and have had no problems since...
