If the household examinations don't exist for this time period, I would suggest looking for the parents' marriage record. Marriage records sometimes give the parishes where the bride/groom are from.
Or if you want to fast forward and find the parents' death records, you could estimate a birth year based on their age at time of death.

Actually family of Sara Jonasdotter born at 4 Sept 1779 and christened at 5 Sept 1779 lived in Näs (Vänersnäs) paris, not in Flo. They were house owners in Eketorp. Näs changed to its name to Vänersnäs at 1886.
Unfortunally household records starts at 1827.
Vänersnäs was a annex parish to Flo and that is why the earliest birth, marriage and death records are under Flo.
Yes, you can try to find the parent's marriage record, if it will give you more information. https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0047164_00001
Most likely Jonas Andersson was from Eketorp, Näs.

I looked for a birth record for a Sara 0n 4 Sep 1779 in Flo parish, and could not find a record that matched. However, if you do have that record, it will likely show the name of the village or farm where Sara was born. It looks like there are household examination records for Flo beginning 1781, so there is a good chance that the family is still in the same location two years after her birth, and if so, you should be able to find a household examination record that could have the dates you are looking for. Even a later record could show the same family, as they often stayed in the same location for many generations.

Sara was born in Näs not in Flo.
