    .

I just took a quick look in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'; and, that "Jeppe KRISTENSEN" ( LV1T-KN8 ) comes up just fine - certainly NOT as "Unknown".

    .

I would suggest that it was, either, (1) just a momentary 'Glitch" in the "System" (ie. "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'); and/or, (2) a problem/issue with the 'link' between "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' and "Legacy".

    .

I do not use any "Third Party" Application (such as "Ancestry_com" or Legacy" or the like).

    .

Everything about "Jeppe KRISTENSEN" ( LV1T-KN8 ) in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' seems to be just fine.

    .

    As an aside ...

    .

Are you using a current and up-to-date version of "Legacy"?

    .

As far as I was aware, sometimes the 'Older' versions of the "Third Party" Applications can have problems/issues; because, of the various 'ongoing' updates/upgrades to the various "Systems" (including that of "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch').

    .

    Just my thoughts.
