When indexing, why do I have multiple entry sections for the same marriage certificate? One of the certificates has 23 entry sections. I would be entering the same information 23 times. Thank you for your help!

I am going to share this question with @Indexing Chat. If you aren't already a member of this great group, I hope you will join us!

These projects often have a preset number of entries, like 1 of 20. 23 is quite odd! Anyway, you enter the information on from your image and then delete the entries that you don't need. To do this, click on the trash can icon, select "all blank entries", click delete and the extras will disappear! If your batch has multiple images, you can do this at the end and delete all the blank entries in the entire batch.
