When I tried to view this film, the message says that you can view the records from an Affiliate Library. So try asking nearby public libraries and genealgical societies if they are open and if they are a FamilySearch Affiliate Library.
In response to Brett, there is no reason why 1928 "indexes" (not the original certificates) of deaths should be embargoed. 50 years is a common privacy limit for death records.
Given that Chicago (Cook County) is known to be so strict (and getting stricter over time) about access to genealogical records, I'd take advantage of the availability of these records before the Cook County Clark tells FamilySearch to take the records offline completely.

Short Answer: 'No', unfortunately not.

We all have to wait until the "Family History Centres" (FHCs) of the Church (and, 'FamilySearch' Affiliate Libraries) are open again.

Due to the fact that Film contains 'Records' from 1928, I am even surprised that that film is available at FHCs and Affiliate libraries; as , ...
.
That particular Film 1892225, being "United States, Illinois, Cook, Chicago - Vital records" with the "Note" of "25,001 - 27,500, 1928".

Now ...

Requests for access to records during temporary closings

Thank you for your inquiry and suggestion. We have had several requests in this regard as a result of the temporary closing of our Family History Library and family history centers due to COVID-19 precautions. Due to contractual obligations, we unfortunately cannot offer expanded external access to records restricted to family history centers and affiliate libraries. We apologize for this inconvenience.
.
In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the vast record collections that are available on FamilySearch. Millions of new indexed records and images are added weekly. And if you haven’t used our new Explore Historical Images tools, you might be surprised at the potential discoveries you can make in our growing unindexed image collections.

We appreciate your patience, loyalty, and support,

Maybe. Check to see if there is an affiliate library in your area that is open.
