What should I do when the same person keeps merging the two wives of one of my ancestors together in
I keep finding new sources proofing that there are two separate wives (4 or 5 sources). That sources are found on Ancestry and I don't think the person changing has access to Ancestry. I wrote the person and sent a screen shot of the information showing the marriage of the second wife. English is not his native language so maybe that is the problem, but we seem to communicate fine on other points. I am trying to be very nice and I waited a year before separating the two wives again, but within days he has merged them again. Can I get someone from the research group of his language to help me write him? I would like to talk to someone privately and not make this a public matter.

Just a thought ...
.
Probably, best to submit a 'Support' Case to 'FamilySearch' to "Moderate" between the two of you.
.
I had the exact same problem/issue; luckily, after some time (and, much on-line "contact"; and, 'heartache'), I was finally able to 'literally' speak to the Other User/Patron on the Telephone (they only lived in the next 'State'; so, it was not too expensive); and, we resolved the matter, with the Other User/Patron being so understanding and apologetic.
.
Whereas, we had another such matter, where 'Support' had to 'set in' and moderate (to our advantage).
.
Even with "Collaboration", you are not always successful - not matter how hard you try.
.
It is NOT that another User/Patron is doing anything wrong, more so not having the experience and understanding.
.
Sometimes, you just need a "Third Party" to set in and "Moderate".
.
Again, just my thoughts.
.
I hope this helps.
