I have a 1935-36 class photo with all the names written on the back.

Also have many early 1960s photos from Okinawa base. These are mostly rotc and junior/high school football team, but others with adults. Photos are not identified, but the included newspaper article does have names.

How do I upload all this to familysearch for public use?

You can upload it to your Memories. Then you can search for and tag anyone that you can find in Family Tree. You can also tag the images with information so that someone can find them when doing a search. You might also consider posting a link to the image in the Military Records group or in the Ancestor Treasures group.
