I am trying to replace an existing photograph but it keeps giving me an error message. The person is living and is the wife of my nephew. Her name is Laura Newman Bender LT92-6ZF. Appreciate any help. Thanks. Charles Joseph

I believe I figured it out. The original photo was a shot of Laura in her wedding dress which had no sleeves and somewhat topless (above the breast line). When I changed the photo and uploaded one that was more in keeping with normal dress standards, it uploaded straight away. It is possible that the system is somewhat sensitive in that it sensed a totally topless photo. Oh well. Thanks for your efforts. Charles

even though you are "replacing a photo"

are you treating it as a new upload and a new photo entry?

what is the error - can you send a screen shot?

Dennis: There was a photo originially. I was trying to deleting the existing one and uploading a new one. Before I tried to add a new one, it kept telling me that it is being processed. That was about two weeks ago. So tried to upload a new one. That is when the second message (with photo) came through.

    understood -

but the deletion and the new upload - are two disjoint processes.

    so was the deletion successful?

sometime when you are uploading it may appear to get stuck "in processing" - but usually when that happens you just wait and it usually fixes itself. if it doesn't - delete it again and start from scratch.

a photo will normally load in a few seconds. Are you uploading from a computer or a smart device? any idea how large the image is in size?
