Unable to access, the Tree Tab, using FireFox! Anyone else having this issue?
All of a sudden, user unable to access, the Tree Tab, while using FireFox ( ie. Latest Up-to-date version ).
Operating System Windows10.
But, works fine (ie. able to access the Tree Tab) on Chrome & Brave.
Anyone else having this issue?
Don't know. But may be something along the lines of this post - not just the Update.

I'm running Windows 11, latest version, and Firefox 146.0.1 64-bit. No problems accessing the tree for me.
Have you tried the usual first suggested fixes - clearing using FamilySearch cookies and/or opening FamilySearch in a private Firefox window?

And, if it has been some time since you last rebooted your PC, try that as well.

Already tried.
Clearing Cookies & Cache, made no difference.
Computer was restarted on a number of occasions, made no difference
But, much later (hours), after many attempts, a refresh/reload of the page, the Tree Tab, finally resulted in the Tree appearing.
Odd, as everything else was fine.0 -
Sometimes things go temporarily haywire and will clear up several hours or a day later.
