Unknown Name records (w/o IDs)

Record GSW3-BQJ has an alternate spouse who has no ID and "Unknown Name" as their name. I am unsure how this happen but am unable to remove it or merge it. Can you help me?

Yesterday (Monday, 13 Oct 2025), many of us encountered the unknown name issue. See this thread:

We were informed the issue was fixed, and I haven't seen it today.

Looking at profile GSW3-BQJ for Abraham Smoller, I see no alternate spouse.
Perhaps you saw the problem earlier, and it, too, has been resolved?
